Workuity @ Chandler Viridian

Workuity partnered with Venn Construction to build out their second work-sharing location in Chandler, Arizona. The build out of this 20,000 sf modern concept created unique challenges that took strong working relationship and coordination of the ownership, the general contractor and subcontractors to find the project’s ‘venn’ in order to complete on time and within budget. While a beautiful open concept, the glass walls created unique challenges with the transitions between the all-glass panels that would need to ensure Workuity’s privacy standards. In conjunction with the glass panels, Venn needed to value engineer the layout to bring in natural light to best highlight the beautiful glass interior space and thus resulted in replacing framed walls with additional glass walls to accomplish this natural, open, finished interior environment.
