Venn partnered with King LASIK and Capital Architects Group on this 6,800 SF medical tenant improvement for a Lasik Surgery Center. The scope of work included the complete demolition of existing office space for the addition of two operating rooms, pre- and post-op space, six exam rooms, a consulting office, two waiting rooms, a diagnostic room, and six private offices. Other work includes:
- New electrical systems.
- The addition of a generator.
- New fire suppression systems.
- Upgraded HVAC systems.
- New plumbing throughout.
