Apricus Surgery Center - Avondale

This tenant improvement consists of the build-out of an 9,454 SF area for a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center on level 1 of a core and shell project currently under construction. The tenant improvement includes reception/waiting, re-op/pacu patient pays, two (2) endoscopy procedure rooms, three (3) operating rooms, nurse station, patient and staff restrooms, staff lounge, and other clinic support areas. The scope of work includes interior construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
