Description:
The School of Rock project consisted of a complete interior demolition and renovating the space to incorporate the tenant’s musical education needs.
Venn constructed this facility within an existing stand alone building. The team constructed the walls and ceilings within the space to minimize the impact of sounds created by student musicians. We also constructed a stage and performance space for the tenant.
This is one of three projects our firm has undertaken for School of Rock. Previously, the team built School of Rock facilities in Gilbert, AZ and Ahwatukee, AZ.
