Rio Salado Communiversity

Communiversity at Queen Creek is a higher education institute that serves residents of the Southeast Valley of Phoenix. Communiversity is a two-story building that includes classrooms, community rooms, student services, study areas, and offices. The building exterior has a unique foam and raised seam metal barrel roof. Interior features include wood and metal paneling, ceramic and carpet tile and operable partition walls. The building was designed and constructed to meet LEED-NC Silver certification.
